Shipping policy

We strive to provide excellent customer service. Part of that, for us is shipping and handling. We pride ourselves on taking care of your product with care and ensuring it makes it to you in a timely manner. With that being said we also want to make quality items. This takes time and your item could take up to 10 business days to be shipped. 

-Items will be shipped to you within 10 business days. 
-Shipping cost will be covered by the customer and will vary in price depending on the item size/weight and will be calculated at checkout. 
-We do offer porch pickup for local customers and you will be alerted via your email used at checkout with the details when it is ready. Items not picked up within 10 days from completion will become property of Joyfully Jane and you will not be refunded, as the majority of our items are personalized and cannot be "restocked".
